On this page we will take and examine what something claims and then put it along side the word of God and see what comes out of it so we will know what TRUTH is concerning the matter. Nothing particular, just things in these last days (1 Peter 3:1) and this present evil world. Amen! (Galatians 1:4)

This business doesn’t make any qualms about it. You solicit, trespass or PROSELYTIZE and your going to be prosecuted. HMM? I have seen the solicit and trespass many times, but proselytizing? Sounds pretty personal to me. Proselytize: to make converts, or to convert; convert to another faith or religion. Let me get this straight. A business is so paranoid about the chance of being witnessed to, that it posts a threat outside? That is some God hating there. But if you want to buy some stuff, come on in!!! The Lord has got their number and knows exactly what they think in that heart. The God of the Bible, NOT WELCOME! The Money god, WELCOME! Everyone has a god! Some just don’t want the One and True God poking around. REALLY, REALLY!? Romans 1:28-32

Remember back years ago when there was the so-called big scare of finding six-six-six on bar codes of the things you bought? I do. I really didn’t and still don’t put to much spiritual stock in these sort of things. I never did actually buy anything that had the bar code imprinted that way personally. They said that it was removed and had been taken off because of the stir it caused. The Lord tells us that we will and can see the sign’s of the times as the Rapture of the Saints and the Second Coming draw nearer 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12 but we are not to be caught up in such things, and to be “waiting for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 1:7; 2 Thessalonians 3:5 But just in case you are curious as to if it was real, here’s a actual picture of something that I actually bought and, I don’t know why I noticed it, but there it is, six-six-six, plain as day. So, what? Really, Really? Their the ones that better be worried. It is not the Christians time that is running out. It is the world’s and the unbelievers, because Jesus is coming, and when HE does get here, some, ‘MOST’ ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE IT. Hebrews 10:35-37 Brother Thurman.

People claim to have died and seen God, Jesus, devils, and angels and to have spoken to them. Then say they were resurrected and living with us today. Is this true? Really, Really?

Folks, just because someone says something happened does not make it true when it comes to God and His word and His behavior. If the story does not line up with His word, then thats all it is, a story. If someone claims to have talked face to face with God and His Son, or devils and unclean spirits, and was dead, thats pretty significant wouldn’t you say? It’s definitely worth proving and trying, don’t you think? Have a look at some of these testimonies below. See if you think any of them are believable. There are many,many more like these and some that you probably would agree that something did happen to that person. But that is not what the Christian goes by. You are to lay it beside the Scriptures and see if it is STRAIGHT. If it is then fine. But if not, you are to believe the BOOK. “Nobody comes back!”

The reason for the title is that in its simplicity it answers the old question and claims of whether or not people (human beings) today, (or rather since Jesus’ Resurrection and Ascension) can die, leave their body, then come back into their body, their body awake, and they once again carry on as before living in this life in that body. It is understood especially in this age we are living now (2024) that there ARE encounters with things that we do not fully understand. It is not being taught here that it does not exist. But, there are MANY that are claiming to have left their bodies in various ways (died) went off to either heaven or hell, spoke to Jesus, the Devil, unclean spirits, angels, Michael and Gabriel, felt the flames of Hell, seen the splendor of Heaven, and on and on, etc. And then after the field trip were ordered or told by one of the aforementioned that they must return to their bodies they were in before, and come back (RESURRECT)with or without a message for all of the living. These things mentioned are not exaggerations. It ranges from little boys and girls to all ages of adults making these claims. Some even attempt using the Scriptures to validate their claim, and that would be the thing to do if that is what the Bible indeed declares that can happen to a person. Most do not mention the Scriptures at all. There are even gatherings in the name of religion where men claim to raise the dead. Literally! Do you believe that a man (other than Jesus Christ) can raise the dead? Do you know what the Bible say’s concerning that?
Having said all of this, let’s ask one question. What does the Bible SAY concerning these matters? Let’s set aside all of the claimants and just focus on the subject matter in question. Does the Bible teach that a person (human being) since the Resurrection and Ascension of Jesus Christ, can leave their body and the body be DEAD, and then return and resurrect in that body and go on living as before? The answer is NO! There is no instance in the Scriptures that unfolds in the way these people claim, no matter who they are or how old they are or how genuine the story. People can say and believe anything they want, but that does not make is so. What the Christian is to ground his belief of Truth on, are the Scriptures! There has not been one iota of evidence to prove these claims are possible. Not one! Let’s look at a few things the Scriptures show us and then go believing. Oh, one more thing. Another question! Do you think that if YOU died, knowing what you know about the Scriptures and the Lords ways that you could come back in one of the scenario’s that others claim? Do you believe that??? Let’s look at a few things.

“For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.” Isaiah 64:4

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63

• Concerning Heaven

There are truths taught in the Scriptures of the Apostle Paul and the Apostle John going to Heaven (and Paradise, same place) out of their bodies. The Bible teaches that they did speak and hear things that it is not possible for anyone else in this world to claim. 2 Corinthians 12:1-6; Revelation 4:1-2 The Bible also teaches that they did return into their bodies and continue living in them, until they eventually died. Now, a few truths. Both were caught up by God’s power. Neither claimed any different. Both were taken there to witness and hear things that God wanted recorded in his word, and they later after returning did record it, being parts of your Bible. Other than the Lord Jesus Christ these are the only two records in your Bible of anyone leaving, going to Heaven, and coming back. (Humans) The Apostle Paul said that it was not possible for him to utter the things he seen and heard, so other than just mentioning that it happened, he did not talk about it or even attempt to. He said there was no way to explain it. The Apostle John on the other hand came back and wrote in detail about the things he saw and was told who, what, where, and how to record it. In Detail! There were some things he was told to seal up and not to write about also. Revelation 10:3,4 According to the Scriptures, no one gets this vile body back. Who would want to come back into this body in the shape it is in? When anyone of the people that are the Lords dies, they leave that dead body permanently, until the Lord changes it, immortalizes it and fashions it like His glorious Body. They go to be with the Lord when they leave that body until the Rapture or the Second Advent. Period! If anyone leaves that body on their way to Heaven, they stay there until Jesus comes back. Are we to believe that these claimants are equal in Gods choices and purposes as the Apostle Paul and the Apostle John? The Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures by the Holy Ghost are how God has and is communicating everything he wants us to know in these days we live now. God does not reveal anything new to anyone except it be from His word. He and the Lord Jesus Christ said we see Him, hear Him and know His will by prayer and the word of God. He said we are to be patiently waiting on His return, not listening to people that say they have seen Him and spoken to Him personally in Heaven and have a new message from God for us. Galatians 1:6-8; 1 Timothy 1:3-4; 4:7; 6:3-5; 2 Timothy 4:4; Titus 1:14; Titus 3:9; 2 Timothy 2:14; John 1 :18; 6:46; 1 John 4:20; Isaiah 8:20

Another thing! The Apostle Paul had gone up to Heaven and seen all the Glory up there that John described in Revelation, 2 Corinthians 12:1-4. Something Paul admitted, and is interesting is that to stop Paul from being puffed up with pride over being given the privilege of seeing that, the Lord gave the Apostle an infirmity to keep him humble. 2 Corinthians 12:5-7 Count how many of the claimants that tell about the infirmity they received from the Lord to keep them humble.

Read these couple of verses carefully!

“Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can
approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be
honor and power everlasting. Amen.” 1 Timothy 6:16

If someone today say’s they have approached Christ, and that they have seen him; according to the verse above, what does that make them? Only one can be true!

“And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down
from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.” John 3:13

If someone other than the ones described to us in Scripture claims to have ascended up to heaven; according to the verse above, what does that make them? Only one can be true!

“(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)” 2 Corinthians 5:17

According to the above verse, if something is by faith; then it is NOT BY WHAT? Only one can be true!

“As the cloud is consumed and vanisheth away: so he that goeth down to the grave shall come up no more. He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.” Job 7:9-10

According to Job (who wished for death and was not granted it) if someone goes down to the grave WHAT HAPPENS (OR RATHER DOESN’T HAPPEN?) If someone today say’s they have died and left their body and “returned to his house,” According to Job what does that make them? Only one can be true!

“Are not my days few? cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little, Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death; A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.” Job 10:20-22

Why did Job make mention of “..whence I shall not return” if someone could. Job knew before he died that he “could not return.” What changed? It wasn’t the Scriptures.
